The procedure for this can be found in item 2 on page Side Dishes. The student is not guaranteed, however, that this extension will be possible, as it depends on authorization from the course coordinator and availability of places.
How can I obtain a signature from DERI or the Coordination of my course while away from the Campus?
Contact us by email about the procedures. Often times, coming to the Campus can be avoided with the digital signature procedure.
What to do when returning from exchange?
The student must follow the guidelines described in Return-Validation to find out about registration procedures, taking subjects and calculating grades.
How is the process of using credits and subjects?
The use of credits and subjects taken abroad is as described on the DAC page, which can be accessed by clicking here. There is information about the necessary documents and to whom and when they should be presented.
DERI does not interfere in this process, which is the responsibility of the Course Coordination and DAC.
The same applies to taking advantage of internships abroad. We recommend that the student inquire about this possibility with the SAE and the Unit before the start of the activity.
How do I report on a scholarship I received for the exchange?
Each scholarship or financial aid has specific rules and procedures for reporting. These rules are generally informed from the beginning, in the notice. However, if you have doubts or do not remember, contact the same person or institution that gave you instructions for receiving the scholarship and ask again for the appropriate procedures for your case. In any case, the most common documents requested when reporting are: Boarding passes; Activity reports; Declaration of the Foreign Institution; Accounting form; Exchange report.
