The student must be aware of some procedures that must be carried out when returning from the exchange.
Enrollment in subjects
Upon returning to Unicamp, the student must enroll in a subject normally, within the deadlines defined by the academic calendar of the university. DAC .
Proof of Academic Achievement
Upon returning from the exchange, the beneficiary student sends the person responsible for the notice at DERI the Transcript of Records/school transcript with the subjects taken during the mobility period, containing grades and academic achievement.
Validation of Credits taken abroad
The process of validating student credits abroad will follow the procedure defined by DAC, on the Use of Studies, until the end of the semester following your return to Unicamp.
The analysis of requests to benefit from studies is the responsibility of the course coordinators and DAC. Therefore, DERI cannot interfere in this process.
How to calculate credits?
It is possible that the record of credits at foreign universities is different from the record at Unicamp. As there is no official equivalence between Credits at Unicamp and ECTS, the student must convert the course load taken abroad to the course load in accordance with the credits at Unicamp. Remembering that each credit at Unicamp corresponds to 15 (fifteen) class hours, lasting 15 (fifteen) weeks, for semester subjects. That is, a 4-credit course has a workload of 60 hours.
