On Friday, October 10, 2025, Unicamp's Executive Directorate of International Relations (DERI) hosted representatives from the University of Windsor, Canada, for an institutional meeting. The meeting aimed to deepen collaboration between the two institutions within the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP) and discuss new opportunities in transnational education (TNE).

The meeting was attended by Tracy Beemer, Director of Recruitment and International Partnerships at the University of Windsor, and Estefania Hernandez Velazquez, Student Recruitment Advisor for Latin America. Unicamp's representatives included Mayara Morais, Coordinator of International Cooperation and Partnerships, and Fabricio Oliveira Camargo Herreros, Mobility Coordinator.
During the meeting, the teams discussed possibilities for expanding student and faculty mobility, as well as creating joint initiatives that strengthen international engagement and promote mutual development between universities.
